Varnex Social Media Website, powered by IGLOO Software:
- Exclusive member-only website that will serve as the primary communication portal for Varnex RESELLERs, vendors, business service providers and the SYNNEX sales and marketing team.
- Member dedicated pages are SEO and provide for sound lead generation tactics.
- Collaborate via this peer-to-peer social network community - with sync capabilities to your smart phone.
- Search the Varnex Website and Social Network for members by regional location and/ or specialized solution expertise. i.e. Virtualization, U.C., Digital Signage, Managed Services or Security partner.
Monthly e-Newsletter:
- Multi-Vendor monthly e-newsletter with product spotlights, sales exclusives and relevant industry and SMB related content.
- RESELLER member spotlight(s) via an interview style article.
- Keeps you to-date on the Varnex Community.
EDUCATION
Marketing & Sales Leadership by Dr. Ken Wong and Dr. John Monoky:
- Webinar and onsite training: Varnex members will learn to integrate marketing and sales strategies and tactics into their daily business roles. These two highly acclaimed executive presenters will embed the technology market and Varnex vendors into their curriculum so as to provide a relevant context.
Reseller & SYNNEX Sales Staff Training & Orientation:
- Vendors will develop and foster relationships and thought-knowledge via live and on-line training sessions.
Varnex Certification:
- In collaboration with our key Vendor Partners, RESELLER members will be encouraged to complete online and on-site courses.
Regional Fairs:
- Varnex will conduct a series of regional on-site and on-line Business and Technical Training Seminars for our RESELLER members and their end-user customers. These meetings will focus on new technology, best business practices and industry trends as well as provide for an opportunity to network with peer members, SYNNEX executives and Vendors.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Exclusive Sales Promotions:
- Vendor-specific or Multi-Vendor bundled Varnex exclusive sales promotions aimed at sales growth on specific SKU's.
North American Partner Conference:
The Varnex Spring and Fall Conferences provide essential face-to-face networking and training opportunities for RESELLERs, Vendor partners, 3rd party business providers, and SYNNEX executives. These multi-day business conferences include guest key-note speakers, vendor and reseller presentations, interactive roundtables, an executive panel and a vendor showcase.
Advisory Council:
- Consisting of key Varnex RESELLERs, Vendors, SYNNEX executives and influential industry executives, the council will lend their marketplace expertise towards furthering the Varnex community.
Varnex Canada Social Responsibility Program:
- Varnex and members (Vendors & RESELLERs) will partner with a National Charity throughout the program; events/ activities will occur typically once per quarter.
- Will include select media advertising (National and/ or Regional) with prominent Vendor and RESELLER visibility.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Purolator Discount Program: (tentative; still in negotiations)
- Varnex RESELLERs receive discounts over standard Purolator rates. Whether sending documents or shipping IT equipment, Varnex RESELLERs will enjoy tremendous savings on Canada's most reliable express delivery service.
Marketing & Advertising Services:
- From newsletters and direct mailers to digital marketing solutions, SYNNEX Inspiral Marketing, our in-house marketing agency offers a wide variety of services to help advertise and market member's business at a preferred Varnex rate.
HR Services:
- Reduced and Exclusive rates on the following HR Services:
- Workopolis postings
- Employee & Insurance Benefits rates with select SYNNEX provider i.e. Co-Operators & Green Shield
- Recruitment background checks - Preferred Rates
Business Analysis:
- Through industry consultants, Varnex will provide reseller members with an annual financial benchmarking and analysis report to ensure their corporate strategy is aligned to the requirements and trends of the industry.
